Reporting a bug
The more of this you send, the faster it gets fixed:
- Your device and operating system version
- The app version, shown at the bottom of your account page
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead
- For smart cube or smart timer issues, the exact model
Account and data
You can delete your account, along with your solves and sessions, from the app under Account then Profile. If you cannot sign in, or you want a copy of your data, write to us from the address linked to the account.
