You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the activity on your account. Keep your email address current so we can reach you about it.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you pick, and renew automatically until you cancel. Where a plan comes with a free trial, its length is shown before you subscribe and the first charge lands when the trial ends.

Payment goes through whichever store you subscribe from: the Apple App Store, Google Play, or our web payment provider. Cancel anytime from that same store, or from your subscription settings, which send you there. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and refunds follow our refund policy.

Acceptable use

Use xcross.gg for training and competing in good faith. Don't abuse the service, disrupt other users, or try to access data that isn't yours.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is significant, we'll let you know before it takes effect.
