Refund Policy

Last updated September 2026

This page explains when you can get a refund for an xcross.gg subscription and how to ask for one. It applies to every paid plan, whether you subscribed on the web or through an app store.

Who takes your payment

On the web, our order process is handled by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle sells the subscription to you, issues the receipt and processes any refund. On iOS and Android, payment goes through the Apple App Store or Google Play instead, and those stores handle refunds under their own rules (see below).

14-day refund on your first payment

If a paid plan is not what you expected, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. This covers the right of withdrawal that applies to consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom, and we apply it everywhere.

After 14 days, the first payment is no longer refundable, but you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can turn off renewal at any time from your subscription settings, and no further charge will be taken. If a renewal goes through that you did not mean to keep, contact us within 14 days of the charge and, provided the plan has barely been used since, we will refund it. Requests outside that window are reviewed case by case.

Free trials

When a plan comes with a free trial, its length is shown before you start it. Cancel before the trial ends and nothing is charged. The 14-day window above starts on the day of the first actual payment, not on the day the trial began.

How to request a refund

Email vwojtasinski@xcross.gg from the address linked to your xcross.gg account and include the receipt or order number you received from Paddle. You can also reply to the Paddle receipt email directly, or use the link on it to reach Paddle's support.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Paddle usually processes them within a few business days, and your bank may take another 5 to 10 business days to show the credit.

Purchases through Apple or Google

If you subscribed in the iOS or Android app, the App Store or Google Play took the payment and only they can refund it. Request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or from Google through the Play Store order history. We cannot issue those refunds ourselves, but we are happy to help if you get stuck.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Changes apply to payments made after they are published, never to a payment already taken.

Couldn't load the app

A network or update issue stopped xcross.gg from loading. Reloading usually fixes it.
